These are also fears of unfulfillment, lack of love, rejection, abandonment, ridicule, and ultimately, dying alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Part of the challenge is a 10-kilometre run through the city that the artist completes before each performance. Through this ritual, he seeks a state of exhaustion and trance \u2014 and paradoxically, a sense of release.
